The 2012 AEMDD/PDAE Project Directors' Annual Meeting and Evaluation Workshop will be held on March 14-15, 2012. The two-day meeting will be for all attendees.
Each participant from a project must register separately. The meeting is mandatory for project directors and strongly recommended for project evaluators. Projects should limit their attendance to no more than three (3) people. To register for the meeting, click on the "Registration" button below. Hotel reservations are separate from meeting registration. Hotel reservations can be made by calling the hotel at 703.416.4100 or the toll free number 1-800-222-TREE (8733) and mentioning the group name for the room block US Department of Education, Arts in Education Project Directors' Annual Meeting & Evaluation Workshop March 2012 at the per diem rate of $224 plus tax/night. If you require hotel reservations, please reserve your room under the group room block on or before the cut-off date Friday, February 17, before 6:00pm Eastern Time. The government rate will not be honored for reservations made after the deadline.
Please note that attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. You will need to provide a major credit card when making your reservation to guarantee your room. Room and tax charges, along with all incidental charges, are the responsibility of each individual and must be paid upon departure.
